The third quarter was the point where it all fell apart for Lincoln-Way East in losses to talented Bolingbrook and Homewood-Flossmoor squads on back-to-back Friday nights.

The Griffins sure reversed the trend against rival Lincoln-Way Central on Friday, Jan. 31.

East broken open a tight game with a big third quarter and went on to top the Knights 67-56 in a SouthWest Suburban crossover in front of a standing-room-only crowd in New Lenox.
